Hi there! My name is Jacob Smith, and I am the founder, owner, and operator of Level-Up Improvements LLC. I am the husband of my amazing wife, Alli, and the father of my unpredictable and amazing son, Gage.  I have spent nearly a decade serving a local municipality as a Police Officer. I decided to explore other career opportunities in order to spend more time and holidays with my family.  I understand the value of family and the space you spend your time in.  

I am dedicated to creating a beautiful and safe place to make memories with family and friends.  Whether big or small, my goal is to help families and homeowners to be proud of their homes.  I have been passionate about home improvement since high school and continue to learn every day.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my free time in a wide variety of areas.  I enjoy a cold beer or bourbon when I am not working.  I ride anything with two wheels, on and off-road, and enjoy the freedom it brings.  I enjoy shooting firearms anytime I can and will shoot with anyone at any time.  However, the thing I love the most is spending time with my wife and son.
